FTS Camping Trip @ Suwannee Music Park (Unite's Location) |
|

Ok, I've talked with a bunch of people and threw around the idea of hosting a camping trip at the Suwannee Music Park where the Unite show is hosted.
We can do an all out camping only, or camping and cabins, but the main thing is for ALL of us to be together the entire weekend, not like at Unite where we are all running around separated in clubs/groups and focusing on showing off/cleaning your ride and what not.
Keep in mind, Cabins/Golf cart rates will be cheaper because it wouldn't be on an actual "event" date. I can get more information on that as well, but I believe S10Mike said he was told by staff that a Cabin/Golf cart combo for the weekend was around $220, which is basically half the price than it was for Unite.
So I'd like to get some ideas/suggestions of a general date that wouldn't interfere with upcoming shows or crappy weather. Later on in the year would probably be best, right before Winter starts kicking in, so that it's not too hot and not too cold and we'll be able to start a fire pit, keep warm if it's a bit on the chilly side and enjoy some classic s'mores.

Slamfest 09 **new weekend** |
|

Mini Madness, Inc. presents Slamfest 2009. Our 18th annual show will be held October 17-18 once again at the Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa. This is a different weekend than before. We made an executive decision to try this weekend and see how it goes.
We will have club games, burnout contest, bikini competition and new classes. More information on vendors and sponsors will be posted as we have it.
Flyers are also available.
If you need further information, email minimadnessinc@hotmail.com or call 941.366.9123 (this is not my personal number. . . no harrassing phone calls please. ). I'll post hotel information on here as soon as I make sure the list from last year is still good.
Pre registration is $40 and day of show is $50. This gets two people and one vehicle in for the entire weekend.
Spectator price is $15 per person, per day.
Thank you for making Slamfest the southeast's biggest show of its kind. Come out and support one of the country's longest running events.
