Well I think I finally found the source of my leak.
One of my compressors was pushing air out through it somewhere, I'm thinking through the filter but not sure...
So right now I only have one compressor filling about 14 gallons of air (not fun) and the hole where the other compressor was going into the tank plugged.

What do you think is wrong with the compressor? Could it be the check valve? or is the compressor fucked?

Just trying to find out how I can fix this as soon as possible.

It may need to be rebuilt. Have you tried contacting AZ? They have a couple of recalls on their comps. You may have one that is under recall. If not I know they have 1 year warranties so maybe it is still under that.

It's not a recall, It's a 2nd gen...

Well I think it was the check valve, so we "fixed" it, but I am going to replace the check valves on both compressors this coming week, probably tuesday just to be sure.
I'm also still worried about the one compressor because sometimes it makes a high pitched screeching type noise... =/
I guess time will tell.

Eddies makes noise too, lol. And it hasnt crapped out as far as i know? i think the check valve would be bad, not the compressor itself leaking, cause the check valves job is to keep presuerized air from back flowing and would isolate the compressor, since the comp is designed to flow one way.

Anyone know where I can get check valves? lol
I went to Home Depot, Advance Auto and Pep Boys... None of them have check valves...
I'm going to ask my dad once get gets off his plane (he left to Hawaii today... FOR FREE). He is into plumbing and mechanical contracting so he might know where I can get a check valve hehe.

I think it comes on a new leader hose? I know on Viairs they tell you not to loosen the check valve from the leader hose because it will leak or something. not too sure about AZ though.

SD.com only sells viair ones., i also checked Gravity-werks.com and fmkustoms.com.... smae story. Id contact AZ directly

I read today that most people change the check valves on AZs because they are not so good...

But I have had no problems with it leaking between the leader hose and the check valve...

ok, I got the guy I was thinking of mixed up with someone else. The one that works at AZ is DJDAudio. You can reach him at tech@airzenith.com. He is very helpful and if you tell him your problem he will definately be able to help you out. He may even send you the part for free who knows.

Well After all this, last week I took the compressors apart and they are totally Fubared...

The cylinder walls are completely shot and the rings on the pistons are near gone...
Today I took the compressors off to get to the serial numbers so I can tell AZ that and of course one of the mounting brackets is completely sheared from the compressor... (Been wondering why that one has been shaking more than the other...

Now I'm just waiting to see what AZ can do for me. =/
