im at the stage in the isuzu's build where i need to put the shocks on. but the problem is i need SMALL shocks for where im putting them. stock s-10 front shocks would work i think, but they have those peices of metal in them that allow them to be bolted to the lower control arm. i need a hole on both sides, what kinda truck has a small shock like that? i need help with this so i can get it done! thanks

i have a set of small chrome shocks that would probably work....brand new still in the plastic

never mind guys, i went and bought me some s-10 front shocks. should work out pretty good, space wise.

why dont u just buy drop shocks?

because s-10 front shocks work. they are what i bought, and made mounts for. i can get them at ANY auto parts store nation wide at just about anytime i want. they are nice and small, and fit the area that i need. you cant get drop shocks everywhere like these. you usually have to order them and they cost ALOT more.

why dont u just buy drop shocks?

why buy drop shocks if your going to make custom mounts, the whole point of drop shocks is that they are shorter than stock so they dont bottom out. they ride pretty much the same as a shock you buy from the autoparts store.

i drove around with out shocks for a while and when I finally put them on it made a 200% improvement in the ride quality. it rides way better than a stock vehicle. i will never own another bagged truck without shocks.
