Quick update. Got the front frame horns dropped and the fenders cut out to size. Front in roughed on. Trying to get the front end all together and the new motor (5.3 vortec) in it before it goes on the trailer for UNITE 08.

Question......

would you keep rockin these 22's or would you upgrade to a 24 with a smaller tire?

Just curious. I am on the fence.

also curious as what people on here think about the tub work on the firewall? I am looking for feed back. I see alot of guys that do the big straight cut tubs and I see some that do it the way that I have done it....really snug cut, not more cut out than needed....

I am looking for what you all think about this method vs. straight cut bigger tubbage.

i dont think i would personally go over 22's if you actually plan to drive it .. if its goin to be a trailor queen then go for the 24's... those 22s look good though i'd rock those for now and if anything you could upgrade later if you get bored... :lol

the only reason i would see to have bigger tubs was if you needed them to be bigger to turn, but i doubt you would have a problem since its not much of a tub anyways. and i gotta say the same as rigo on the wheels. driving alot on a small tire sucks, when it comes time for me to get new ones im going with the 40 series instead of the 35.

thanks for the feedback on the wheels and tubs. I think I am going to stick with the 22's.
